Senior Growth Marketer

Sydney, Australia

We’re solving for up to 60% of marketing resources being wasted on non-optimised first interactions with their users. But beyond that, we’re here to define a new category of best-in-class experiences throughout the whole online journey, leveraging fast iterations and advanced personalisation.

We are entering an exciting period of growth. After our successful journey with the Antler program and recent Seed round, we are now scaling the business across multiple verticals as we continue to establish our presence. Our main objectives are growth of our client base, brand awareness and community building so we can continue our journey to become the best B2B SaaS offering in our market.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and diversifying ways to profitably drive acquisition, conversion, lifecycle and referral for products 
  • Defining the top level growth marketing strategy
  • Effectively launching our Go-to-market strategy for our B2B SaaS product line
  • Testing and selecting the most effective channels for growth (paid social, SEO/SEM, sponsored content, retargeting and more)
  • Leading a junior resource to deliver successful marketing campaigns, and tracking key metrics to evaluate their success

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Growth/Performance/Digital Marketer
  • Relevant tertiary-level qualification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Growth marketing metrics and channels
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally CRO based
  • Startup/scaleup experience; there will be challenges, it’s how we overcome them that counts
  • Team / People leadership experience
  • Drive and Determination; we have ambitious goals and are looking for someone who wants to excel
  • Enjoys ambiguity and high growth environments

Sales / Marketing Development Representative

This role will offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to grow in a fast-growing early-stage company. Working side-by-side with the cofounders, you’ll have the opportunity to develop processes leading to scale, with the possibility to evolve fast to managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • This role is best suited to a young and self-motivated SDR, BDR, or MDR with an engaging personality and strong work ethic.
  • You will be selling to businesses with 5 - 100 employees and speaking to business owners and C-Level Executives. Similar experience in this capacity, especially within a Marketing and SaaS environment would be well regarded.
  • Your ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and embrace technology will see you succeed.
  • This is a high-volume role, so a proven record in managing a large pipeline with a fast-paced sales cycle will be highly beneficial.
  • You will utilise warm leads from the marketing team as well as reach out to lists of potential customers to pitch, demo, present, and win new business.
  • Lead generation has a hybrid model with a 70/30 split between your calendar already filled from our marketing function and self-generated opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and developing strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales
  • SaaS and/or Marketing background
  • Experience selling to C-Level Executives within a high velocity, small business Capacity
  • Experience managing a high volume of opportunities with a quick sales cycle
  • Background and exposure to the Marketing industry advantageous
  • Ability to create urgency and develop timeframes in the sales cycle
  • A strong communicator who can effectively manage their own workload/time
  • Competitive and commercially astute
  • Driven, tenacious with a desire to succeed and grow within the business
  • Proven sales track record
  • Humble, hungry, and smart
  • Experience using Hubspot or Active Campaign preferred
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Bachelor degree in business, commerce, marketing, IT, or relevant field preferred but not required

Customer Success Representative

  • This is a high-volume role, so a proven record in managing a large pipeline of customers with a fast-paced delivery cycle will be highly beneficial.
  • You will work with both prospects and customers to build signup flows, identify opportunities and provide support.

Requirements
